Installation

We offer a wide range of lifts to suit residential, commercial or industrial applications. Our lifts incorporate either Hydraulic or Traction drive technology.

• Hydraulic technology - For short to medium travel installations with speeds of up to 0.63m/s, the Hydraulic system offers the advantage of a ground floor level motor room. This also usually results in reduced maintenance costs.
• Traction technology - This is more suited for installations with more than 5 floors or for lifts with speeds greater than 0.63m/s. This technology is more appropriate for older buildings where the loads will be transferred to and from the basement or lowest floor served. With traction installations, the lift machine room can be located either at the top or the bottom of the hoist way. The location will depend on the space available in the building.
• Machine room-less - In circumstances where it is not possible to build a machine room, we offer the latest in machine room-less lift technology. With this option all the equipment is housed within the hoist way.

All lifts are constructed using the best quality components. Each lift is custom built to meet the requirements of its intended use and the specification for finishes etc.
